With all of the options, quick fixes, diets and various plans on the market, it can be very confusing when trying to determine what actually works!
You probably have heard the expression, "If it's too good to be true, it probably is!" That applies to good health and fitness as well.
Getting and staying in shape is a life long commitment, not a short term quick fix. I encourage all of my clients to find activities to enjoy, in addition to our time in the gym.
My approach to fitness combines all of the essentials needed to achieve success! That includes, muscle building, nutrition, cardio, core and strength training. This will help you secure a healthy and fit body, achieve a positive self-image and improve self-confidence!
My programs are designed to meet your individual goals, lifestyle and match your commitment level!
Prior to becoming a Personal Trainer, I spent 15 years in corporate america in accounting and human resources. I have also been involved with athletics my entire life. That experience has given me the ability to better understand the needs and demands of the business professional as well as the competitive athlete.
You will always find me to be punctual as well as professional during our workouts, in both demeanor and appearance.
