"I have been working out with John Gordon since 2006. In that time, we've grown older, sure, but stronger too. Thanks to my work with John, I’m in better shape now, at age 56, than I was back when I started. In fact, I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever been in, and I've been working out for over 20 years.

John has an encyclopedic knowledge of the human form, how muscles, cartilage, and bone connect and move, and the best way to get the most -and safest- results out of any exercise. Sometimes it's something as simple as a turn of your wrist, or holding your chin up, but whatever the best and safest form is for a given exercise, he's on it. When injuries and sore spots turn up (and at over 50, just sleeping wrong can result in a sore shoulder) he knows how to work around the injury, and how to best rehabilitate problem areas to get them back to 100% as soon as possible without re-injuring the affected tissue.

I think John's greatest strengths lie in helping mature men and women get the most from their workouts. He understands our bodies, and what it takes to motivate each person. If you follow his plan, and pay attention to his nutritional advice (which is easy stuff), you will see dramatic results. And so will your friends!
