Selecting him as my trainer has been one of the best decisions I’ve made since I moved to Dallas a year ago. In just 3 months, he helped me lose over 30 pounds and 10% body fat. I set very aggressive goals butwasn’t really sure I’d hit them. His nutrition plan, cardio/lifting schedule and constant motivation have resulted in my truly being in the best shape of my life at the age of 46.
